Get integrative, contemporary and individualised wellness support online or in-person
Integrate NowMindStudio’s integrative approach provides a whole-person health focus that integrates factors on many different levels. Not only do we understand that you as a human being have varying and complex needs that need to be integrated, but we also understand the need for our services to integrate into your life and with each other. Having your wellness team under one roof or ‘tower’ also allows your wellness professionals to communicate and integrate their professional viewpoints regularly, allowing the evolution of a highly thought-through, professional and caring wellness package.
We create a tailored program for you built from a detailed BioPsychoSocial Assessment (BPSA) of your health and wellness requirements- an initial assessment that is carried out with you by our founder, Emily. This means, in partnership with you, we explore your current physical, psychological and social needs, to create your unique health and wellness goals and aims. We then link the information captured in your detailed assessment to the services we provide and create a bespoke and integrated wellness plan that fits in with your life and context. Your plan is regularly reviewed with your identified MindStudio consultant, allowing a committed, responsive and caring focus on you, your individualised plan and wellness aims.
MindStudio currently facilitates initial BPSA (initial assessment), integrative psychotherapy, occupational therapy, nature therapy, animal therapy, community work, creative therapy groups, mindfulness sessions, meditation sessions, weekend retreats and group work. Signposting to other integrative services including dietetics and nutrition, bespoke physical training and yoga is also suggested dependent on client need. Services can be provided online and/or within the idyllic hall and grounds of Bretforton Hall. All MindStudio associates are registered with their appropriate governing bodies and insured, to ensure practice is current, evidence-based and safe.
